Wife Shooting Her New Savage 12 Benchrest

The wife and I were out at the range today, she was doing a barrel break in, on her new Model 12 Benchrest 6mmBR.

I hope you realize how lucky you are to have a wife that enjoys the shooting sports along with you.

Mine will plink with 22's but that's about it. One of these days I'll get her to the range with me and give it a fair shake.

    +1!!

My wife enjoys trips to the range - especially when the weather is tolerable. I find that having a wife that enjoys shooting is a good asset when it's time to shop for supplies and ammo. :-)

And her being left handed, shooting a right handed rifle, what's not to like about that?? Good for her!

Ok, give what a fair shake?

I know what you're thinking. That could work too I guess , but for the sake of decency I should probably make sure I just get her to give shooting centerfire rifles a "fair chance".

The silver scope on the Model 12 is a Weaver T-36 36 fixed power.
The scope on the Model 10 with the bi-pod is a Sightron SIII 8-36x56
The scope on the Model 10 with the black Choate Stock is another Weaver T-36
We love all three scopes, great scopes for target rifles, we have several of the Sightron SIII scopes
