Model 99f with some wierd qustions on when it was made?Any help would be appreciated

I inherited my Father's model 99f in 308 after he passed.I talked to my mom about since she was the one that gave it me and said she bought it brand new from the local gun dealer in the early 1960's but can't remember what year.So I was looking at it and read through a bunch of threads on here and cannot determine where it was made?It is a model 99f says it 308 Winchester has gold plated trigger,Says 12m which it means 1961,But says Chicopee Falls Ma on the barrel.From the Threads I have read they moved to their new site in 1960 but with the M and Chicopee Falls on the barrel was that a left over barrel from their other plant or do I have a 1960?Also the serial number is 10179XX?Just wondering why it would say Chicopee Falls if it is a 1961 on the barrel?
