    Question Recoil Lugs

I have a few projects that I am working on. The first thing I found out was that my recoil lugs we of all different sizes. On my first lug it is .146 at the top and the bottom is .149 this is a standard 110 action the barrel that I took off was a 338-06 and I will be installing a 224TTH (22-6MM).
My second project is setting up a 6.5 Creedmoore on a large action, that recoil lug is .231 both top and bottom.
Third is a WSM swap on a large action top is .185 and the bottom is .187
My new spare that I have is .183 and the bottom.

How is a guy going to get a good head space set, at the same time keeping square to the receiver with your barrel along with the recoil lug. This will also create issues with glass bedding your rifle too.
I would like to hear any ideas along with any input the list has to offer.
