Odd, issue came up today.

Well took out of the sav 308, and 4 shots in the trigger stopped working. Took it home tore it down, and found that the end of the trigger pin had broken off at the C Ring cut.

Guess I need another pin and clip.

Talked to Savage, because it's pre accu trigger, a home build non factory and I am not a "GunSmith" (No I just build the dang thing from parts i'm no gunsmith) they can't send me one.

Has anyone upgraded their trigger and have the old pin and C clip to spare?

I got a gunsmith to order me a part a couple of years ago. He didn't charge me since I put it on.

I may have to do that... dang I already owe my gunsmith a 6 pack for the use of his barrel wrench and headspace gauges. sigh.
