Picked up a Savage Anschultz model 10D .22 in mint condition for 40.00. Was that a deal? Ps first post glad to be here.

Any Anschutz that you can buy for under $500-600 is a good deal. You done stole that one!

And it's not a Savage Anschutz, it's an Anschutz, Imported by Savage. Savage was the sole U.S. importer and distributor of Anschutz rifles from the mid 1960's through about 1980 or so.
