As for more common ammo mine likes Federal AutoMatch 40gr and CCI MiniMags 36gr hp.
The old Winchester Wildcats were good too but I don't think find any.
I have a Mark II rim fire that loves Wolf ammo. That's the problem, it likes Wolf, which is expensive and difficult to get. Anyone found anything else these rifles like? I know they are all different, but they all like Wolf, so they must all like something else too. I just haven't found it yet. Any comments?
Thanks.

Everybody's rifle likes wolf. Made by Lapua in Germany for SK and wolf. Some have good luck with CCI standard velocity. Some lots better than others.
Like stangfish said wolf and SK standard plus are the exact same thing and usually same price . About $50 a brick if you can find it.
Best ammo I ever used in my .22lr was (don‘t laugh) PMC Target 22. It could punch a slightly ragged 5 shot, one hole group at 50m. The only real problem was it would do that with only ONE batch number of that ammo, other batchs gave very mixed results. I purchased 5000 rnds of that batch # and still have some left.
