Stock compatible?

Team, this is a sorta weird question but here I go..
I should be buying a short action gun by next month but I need to buy an aftermarket stock for it from boyds between today and monday. Reason why I have to do this is long and it probably dont matter. The 2 models I am considering:

walmart 10fxp3 rigle with a burris scope savage model 18678 for $447.00

Im not really sure if this boyds stock will fit both of them:

I realize the gun from buds is not a blind magazine but is my understanding that all I have to get is the blind mag and the follower? I tried to measure the action screws at walmart but i found it hard to do. I could not tell if that rifle in walmart is staggered or center feed but the way the magazine looked I think it is center feed.

Any help will be appreciated.

Looks like the one from buds has a bottom bolt release on it. Im not sure the boyds stocks will work or not with that.
Someone will know...
