Help with Savage value

Neighbor has money owed him and can get a .243 Savage with scope. Does not know value. I am not familiar enough with models Savage makes to help. Any thoughts, or do we need more info to determine value?
He says it is real new, won at some sporting thing and he is going to take it in lieu of cash for payment.

Does it have an accutrigger or accustock? Is it a round top or a flat top receiver? We need more info to help you.
