Fire forming brass in a 99?

So I have my first 20 rounds all ready to go, now I am wondering about fire forming them in the 99.

Anyone ever do this in their 99? I've not done this yet with a bolt neck cartridge. I finished turning down the necks on all the cases and wanted to get them "sized" for the chambers.

10-15gr of RedDot, a bit of cotton, the fill it up the rest of the way with "cream of wheat" and then a small plug made out of paper. I've got loads of Large Pistol primers that should work for this. Don't care to waste my Rem 9 1/2 primers, as I am down to my last 300.

For 38-55 in my Winchester, I just placed paper over the powder and then CoW, then a paper plug over that with a drop of glue. I stopped using glue and just cap it with small "overshot" card.

    Thoughts?
