Mine would and shoots them beautifully out to 800. That's as far as our local range would let us go. I can't remember the actual charge weight but mine preffered H4350. Half moa at 100 yards.

I tried 107's & 115's (VLD) in a 1 in 10 twist. (It was supposed to be a 1 in 8) Out of the 10 rounds I fired, 4 actually hit the target board. Sideways.
That was my first experience with "keyholing".

Everything at 90gr or less is great.

I called Hornady and asked them about it what twist would work when I was buying a blank for my 6mm-WSM. The Hornady Tech stated that 1-9" was optimum for the 243 types of speeds which he stated were tested up to 3000fps. I asked about the 9.25 Savage twist while I had him on the phone (I waited 15min so I figured I'd hit him with a few questions) since my 243AI is a rechambered Savage SS Varmint Barrrel, and he said the the .25 twist difference according to his data should not make a difference, but he said he wouldn't run them slow.

Take that for what its worth.

    Hey Boots...
That's similar to what I was told by a few guys. Run them hotter. I don't like running loads too high. If it works at the low end, it's good enough for me.
Saves wear & tear on the brass, rifle & my shoulder.

Well my slower loads so far the 6-WSM which is about all I have used the 105's in much are in the 3300-3400 range. But with a severe overbore like that you can't help but just run it fast.

For most of my calibers I am with you on hitting the slower accuracy node, but with 58's in my 243AI and 105's in the 6-WSM its all about the speed. I am going to have to start working up a load for the 22-250AI one of these days, we'll see if that one stays slow and safe or fast and wild. LOL.

If you can get them over 3000+ fps you should be alright with a 10 twist, I have a 12 twist 26" in 243 and get them going 3200+ fps and they do fine.
