Took my .270 110 out to the hills of Colorado today to zero and shoot my Savage for the first time. Must say, the trigger surprised me every boom. I loved it. Its scoped with a 3x9 40 Nikon Buckmaster and a first time bedding job, by me.
At what we paced out and guessed to be a 100 yards, I grouped about the size of a guarter, maybe a little bigger. No picture of it, but going to take it to an in door 100 yard range later this month. Must say, glad I picked it up off a buddy of mine.
Now to get some 270 dies to load my own rounds.
