111 aftermarket stock w/detachable mag OPTIONS???

So I joined SS as I am planning to build up a LR rifle off of a 111 300 Win Mag action I have. As I have studied these forums, it appears that after markets options for this application remain limited.

    What I am considering now:
    1. Choate Tactical as it appears to either accept the action or will with a little mod
    2. Purchase from Stockade and pay to have the mag box inleted. I love their Elk Stalker stock.

Is anyone aware of other options? I don't savor the Boyd's for this application.

    Thanks

    Paul

You mentioned the Choate, of which I have. I know you're not fond of Boyd's, but they are making the Tacticool stock now, and while it doesn't show on their website, when I placed an order for a SA a few weeks ago, the nice lady said they would be making them for the LA's as well. Might give them a call.

I just started searching for a new stock for my 111 trophy hunter, came to ask a very similar question.
-Need some help, I can't find a duramaxx for a LA DBM stock.
-How does the duramaxx compare to the hogue?
I plan on staying with a sporter barrel, this gun is for hunting/varmints/walking (25-06). Any suggestions, I can't afford a manners?

Aircraftmech, did the Choate require modification? Looks like the tactical does nor.

That Tacticool from Boyd does look pretty good if available for the LA.

havnt bedded it yet. It comes with a sporter barrel channel, so ive already opened it up for a varmint barrel. It comes finished in a black textured paint, for a blind mag
