    338 Lapua load data - RL33 & 250gr SMK ?

Has anyone shot this combo out of a Savage 110 FCP yet?

I loaded 4 shots each of 95-100 gr in 1gr increments just to get a feel for pressure, accuracy, etc. 3.686 oal, which is about .023 off the lands, and plan on shooting them tomorrow morning.

I just want to know what everyone elses results have been so far.

How long has RL33 been on the market?
I have never seen any on the shelf anywhere.

RUMs are like woman in Stiletto heals, you know they are going to put you in the poor house, but that has never stopped anyone from pursuing them.

At least 6 months for some of the first batches I believe.

I picked mine up from Grafs in March.

Major vertical stringing issues on all grains tested. My best group was at 100 grains, with .6 moa horizontally, but 1.6 moa vertical. Next closest was 97 grains, with around .6 horizontal, and 2.0 moa vertical.

I have some work to do...
