    just a couple questions

currently just bought a 93r17 not sure if its the varmint barrel or not was told it was is there any true way to tell?
and 2nd question is the on the 93R17 TRR-SR it has the rail system on top is there anyway to buy one of these or make one or anything like that. really want something like that on mine sense it will be used mainly at night for coon hunting and just easier not having to carry the gun and a light

Varmint barrel will be close to the same size at the muzzle as it is near the action, the sporter barrel will be much smaller at the muzzle than at the action. You can all savage for the rail system and see if they will sell you one off of the TRR-SR. Also you could just put a picatinny rail on for your optics and use a 90* offset mount for your light.

Check your game laws in regards to attaching a light to a gun for hunting. Some states don't allow it even for coon hunting.
