    7mm-08 heavy bullets slow twist

Has anyone had any success shooting 175gr or 162gr bullets with the 1:11.5 Savage 7mm-o8 factory barrel accurately?

Twist is too slow to stabilize the heavy bullets.

I guess Savage doesnt think people would want to shoot heavy bullets out of a 7mm-08.

What is the max weight for these slow barrels? 150gr? 140gr?
