    What are the differences in the Savage 93 and the Mark II series rifles?


    Can someone explain the differences in the two rifles as they look the same.

    Help Appreciated

    I have a 22 Mark I and a 93 .17 cal

    They are, basically, the same action. The 93-series is simply for the larger rimfire cartridges, such as 22 wmr and .17 hmr ( which is a necked down 22 wmr case ).
