    SS BBL on a blued action


    Can I put a factory .223 SS bbl on my stock blued axis.223 without any problems?

    Savage did it for years on the 112's without a problem.

    Should be fine.

    Thank Ya Sir, I did not know that. I have always been a Ruger an Remington guy until I seen this forum an went out an bought one to piddle with. I believe this is a lot better gun than some of the naysayers elsewhere are saying. Its pretty bad when a $300 gun can out shoot $700-1K guns...

    Please forgive me if I have over looked a thread that is already posted, but how did you get your Axis to fit in the Laminate Stock??

    If you look at the pic above that is not an Axis, thats a 10/110 style action. I think that pic was posted to show the OP what a blue action with a SS barrel looked like.
