Please recommend a gunsmith for rebarreling a Savage Mk II .22RF

Can anyone suggest a gunsmith who could rebarrel a Savage Mark II? I would like to rebarrel with a good quality barrel (Shilen, Lilja, etc.), and would like to know who could do this with quality workmanship, and a turn-around time of 3 months or less.

    Thanks for the help.

The Savage rimfire barrels are pressed in. Probably more work to remove and install than most gunsmiths can warrant.

Was it ever a good shooter to begin with?
