Are you talking about the Boyds Tacticool or the Choate Tactical? The Choate is already fit for a full bull size barrel, the Boyds is not, but I'm sure it could be opened up if you wanted to.
I am considering ordering a choate tacticool stock for my 110 stagger feed. I saw the stock comes with a Factory Barrel Channel, has anyone opened these up to accept a heavy barrel? How did you do it and how difficult was it?

You are correct, it is the boyds stock i ask about
My Tacticool came with a Bull Barrel channel.
As did mine. It has a channel that has more than enough room for a bull barrel.
I saw other models that have the alum bedding block, what kind of bedding does this have?
None. It's just a wood stock. No pillars, no bed block.
got my stock last week and had to open it up for my varmint taper barrel didnt take that long to do i use some 320 grit sandpaper wrapped around a 3/4" pvc pipe her's some picks
it doesnt come with pillars or bedding you will have to add that yourself with the exception of the barrel it dropped right in with the factory contour barrel i had on it (tries it for fit then swapped barrels)
Thanks Lance. I am looking hard at this exact stock.
