I just picked up a new Mark ii-BVXP. I knew I had to have it from the first time I saw it on the rack. I think I got a very good deal on it for having the grey laminated stock with a scope (sub-par quality I know) and an AccuTrigger.

I plan to go shoot it tomorrow...anything I need to do besides wipe it down and clean the bore? Thanks for any suggestions.

Ha! Yeah, I thought that was going to be a problem. As the salesman was admiring the rifle he said "this will be a dream to shoot", I said "yeah, whenever I can find some ammo". He said "you need some ammo?" Apparently they hold back some ammo for customers that purchase guns. I picked up a 500 rd box (and yes, I DID ask for more!)

I got to shoot a little yesterday...it was pretty windy though. I can tell this rifle is going to be VERY accurate
    1st 5 rounds

2nd 5 rounds (adjusting for wind)

3rd 5 rounds (target blew off the plywood after last shot)
