Savage offered the .358 Winchester for a short time in the Model 99's, but never the 110's. They've never chambered .35 Whelen or .350 Remington Magnum from the factory either.
Did they chamber 358Win, 35 whelen, or 350 RM? Haven't seen any before. It would be nice to come up with a take-off barrel.

Well thats not the answer I wanted. I had a 375 Whelen Improved build on the 110 awhile back and thought I could have some fun plinking with lead. Turns out it's a hammer for deer but I'm much to lazy to cast myself. Thought I might get a 35cal and use light loads and pistol bullets. The only Remingtons I've saw a whelen in was a pump, and the 350 is on the ugly 600 action....
what happened to savage-barrels.com?
When is the "McGowen Outlet" going to launch it's website.
Thanks for the help.
