    Tumblers

Will using a tumbler for extended time damage it?
    Lets say 4 hours plus.

    Thanks

No mine must have TEN THOUSAND hours of run time, once I left some nickle plated 223 brass run for a long weekend it rubbed of 95% of the nickle plating off, I let mine run overnight all the time.

I bought my RCBS vibratory cleaner in April of 1997 and it has tumbled several hundred thousand casings over the years. I once left it on (accidentally) while I was gone for vacation. I came home six days later and it was still running, a little hot and the cases inside were super shiny yet there was no damage to the vibratory cleaner.
