i was think of getting a nikon monarch 3-12-42 riflescope for my savage axis.i have a egw 0moa base ordered.i was wondering if the factory rings would be high enough for the scope.ill be getting some new rings when i get the chance but ill use the old ones for now if they work.

I think it will be close. You may need to get the high rings.
