that is one heck of an offer.
not posting as if i could make it, just pointing out that's above and beyond and you are a credit to silhouette.
If anyone from Savageshooters wants to try shooting rimfire silhouette I will provide ammo and pay your match fee. You will need to bring a safe .22lr (any make will do).
I can probably find a loaner rifle if you let me know a couple days ahead.
We will be at Pascagoula Shooting Club, 5800 Bayou Heron Rd. Moss Point, MS Match starts at 900am.

Post here if you are going to be there so I know how many to expect.

Thanks.
We did have several new shooters today even with the bitter cold and gail force winds. Nobody from here showed up so I guess y'all saved me some money, LOL!
I am making the same offer for the shoot on March 16th.
Let know if you need a loaner.
I'll buy lunch for the best shooter in our group!
I would love to ride down and shoot, can you shoot centerfire if so how far. Can't figure out the messages on this phone. Sorry im not good with computers.
The match is a .22LR only. We have spare rifles and plenty of ammo. The match is open to the public so you can anyone else who might be interested. Rimfire silhouette is shot from standing (unsupported) position at steel 3/8 scale or 1/5 scale animal silhouettes. There are 10 of each placed at approximately 35y, 50y, 70y and 100y. You get one shot per target and you have to knock over the target to get a point.
If you want to shoot centerfire you will have to do it as my guest and you can shoot steel at 100y, 150y, and 200y. If you want to shoot paper you will need to bring a target stand, same with pistols.
6 days left.
Same offer for July 20th.

guys - if you never tried silhouette, this is a heck of a deal.
the amount of lessons learned are unbelievable and transfers over well to other diciplines, and for off hand shots for hunting.

We have a outdoors summer camp for kids that weekend, but I will make it down there and shoot with y'all one weekend.
jb,
I'm going to hold you to that.
Great offer. 5 hours is a bit of a haul for a match though.
Do you come to Southern Nationals in Winnsboro, LA?
Sorry, I have not. I'd love to one day though.
All,
The offer also applies to the 2014 matches.
Ours has too.
Several years ago we always three relays and sometimes four. Now we do good to make three.
Offer still stands! PM me for more info.
