Stevens 200 7mm mag muzzle diameter

Can anyone tell me the muzzle diameter of a Stevens 200 7mm mag factory barrel? I have one on order and I think I may order a clamp on muzzle brake before my rifle arrives.

The last "sporter" I had in a Savage 24" 7MM Magnum barrel was .610". Clamp on brakes can have some real problems so what I did was order a Shrewd brake in the smallest contour that would work from Brownells. The Shrewd worked great and I did not have it contoured to blend with the barrel. I wasn't concerned with pretty but with function. Shrewd is one of the best buys on the market and they work!

Thanks a lot for reply wbm, I have had concerns about clamp on muzzle brakes myself. But it sure would be nice to not have to drop off my gun at gunsmith. I am planning on eventually after adding xlr chassis to put on a match grade bull barrel and at that time I will have a threaded brake put on. I may just try a nice recoil pad until then. Anyhow thanks a lot for info.
