    Barrel Change-Lube or Dry?

I'm finally taking the plunge. I've spent the last eight months reading and accumulating parts and tools... tomorrow is the day. I'm changing out a factory 110 barrel in 270 for a Criterion in 260 Remington. I've arranged for phone support from Jim Briggs but the one question I forgot to ask of him is whether or not any sort of lube is used on the:

    Receiver Threads
    Barrel Threads or
    Barrel Nut Threads

I plan on cleaning/degreasing all mating surfaces.

Thank you in advance for your help. I really like this site! :)

I smear a bit of grease on the barrel threads.

    Thats it.

I wet the threads, the face of the nut and receiver ring with Break-Free.

Oh, while your cleaning, clean the lug abutments and recesses.
