Not without doing some machine work.

New lug races and bolt handle notch will be needed. With the addition of a new bolt you'll need to check the headspace so GO/NO-GO gauges will be needed. It's way easier to just buy another rifle.

    Left hand what?

Most left hand rifles and actions sell at a premium. Why not just sell it and buy what you want?

Yes, please don't mess up an innocent LH action.

Yes its possible, its called selling the LH action for a RH one. Honestly, you would spend so much money on trying to convert one, that you could have had two right handed rifles for the price it takes to convert.

Long action right bolt left port? Neat concept.

Ya got the perfect setup for a right handed shooter off the bench=A left handed Savage! Your eye and hand can stay on target while that usually worthless limb reloads
    .......Not so much feehanded.

Probably be easier to move your right hand to the left side.
