    Choate Elevation Screw

I ordered a Choate tactical stock for my 110. I was considering the Varmint stock, but decided against it since I couldn't find one to fit a center feed. Has anyone added a screw in the stock as an elevation adjustment screw?

The Choate varmint stock comes with an elevation screw.

The first thing i did with mine was to unscrew it and throw it in the bottom of the gun box! Always felt wobbly to me and i preferred sitting the stock on a rear bag.
