Weaver T36 on Savage mark II BV?

Anyone here use a T36 on their Savage? I am looking for suggestions on Ring height and whether new mounts will be needed.

    Thanks

So you are using the factory bases and Millett medium rings and a T36 on your BV? Whats the clearance like?

    Thanks

If you're using a T36....get signature zee high. If weight is an issue, get Kelby standards

Weight is not an issue. I have been thinking about using the burris just wasnt sure which height. Will I be able to use the factory bases on the BV with the High Burris rings or will I still need higher bases? This Rifle is for my Cousin as I already have a 40x setup with a T36 and Burris Signature Zee Rings

The Burris high rings are almost .600 you should be fine with those.

On my rig the barrel is flush with they action, and then steps down 8" further down the barrel, but the scope bell is over the flush part.
