    112 fvss

I got a great deal on a 112 FVSS in 7mm Rem Mag
I also have teh chance to buy a laminate stock from a BVSS
My concern is the screw length for mounting it.
Any opinions or info would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Terry

Hey Terry, This is how I do it but I am not worried about using factory screws. Push your current screws up into the stock without the action. See how they fit, if they are short how much? Long? How much? Go from there. you need about 3/16 minimum. Maybe a quarter in the rear. Buy you some button head socket screws and install or fit them.

Just make sure the BVSS stock is for the long action, I think they made them for short and long actions but not positive.

Buy it. Screws are an easy fix.

Sorry Dennis, I never looked back at this post. Buy several lengths. It cost but I bet guys on here would buy some from you. You can grind them to fit using the method I described.

Also, All long action screw spacing is the same but there are some minor diferences in the mag well. Let us know if you have an issue and we can fix that problem with ya.

They're just 1/4x28 screws. Nothing special

You can also get the screws (bolts) at any Fastenal. They have locations all over the US.
