Here is my almost original 111 in 300 win mag. Only things I have done is stiffen the forend & camo the stock. Should blend a little better once hunting season arrives and the grass dries out. Once I find a place to get a good aftermarket stocks here in Canada, it will get a upgrade & probably a new barrel.

    Nice gun.

You're pretty hooped for left-handed stocks in Canada. Check CGN, I believe there are exactly three sources for stocks for your rifle - none are cheap.

First post here. My name's Matt. This is my newly put together rig that started out as a 12 VLP DBM 22-250 9 twist. Put on a shilen 22-250 8-twist .252 neck and set the chamber at minimum headspace. also did an NSS recoil lug and a SSS competition trigger. The stock is an HS PSV118 that midway just had on clearance last week, I had to bite on it

    used to be this....

factory it was good for 1 inch at 100yds, rarely any better even after it was bedded. put about 600 rounds through the factory barrel before i got tired of trying to make it shoot. it did shoot 75gr A-maxs as well as anything else. I've read a few posts where they were hit or miss in a 9 twist, mine seemed to stabilize them fine. i figure i'll get the barrel checked out and if it's not in terrible shape i'll get it rechambered for a 22-6mm. i doubt i'll feel much pain if it's shot out in a few hundred rounds

Not much to look at but it keeps the coyotes guessing. ;D This my Stevens 200 in .223.

I think a 7mm wsm barrel may be in the cards for this action.

Re: Post a Picture of your Rig(s)

I've enjoyed seeing other member's rigs, so I thought I would share two from my family of Savages...

First, Savage 10 BAS-K in 308. I've made a few changes, as you can probably tell. Magpul MIAD grip, Jerry Miculek brake, older Harris bipod, Magpul PRS stock, Accu-Shot monopod, Sightron SIII 6-24x50 Mil-Dot.

Second, Savage Dual Port Target Action. Shilen Select Match SS 260 Ackley barrel, EGW 20 MOA base, Warne Rings, Sightron SIII 20x50 Modified Mil-Dot, HS Precision Pro Series Police stock, Blackhawk cheekpiece. This was my first build, and still my favorite. Shoots under .25 MOA all day long.

    More to come later...

New scope and mount on a 10FCP-HS .308. The mount is a EGW 20 MOA long bedded with Devcon and the scope is a Bushnell 4200 First Focal Plane Mil-dot 6x24x50 illuminated.

It's a great rifle. I am setting it up for night hunting hogs and coyote. Trigger is very light and the gun is not so heavy that carrying in the field becomes a burden.

The three rifles are a pair of SPRINGFIELD (Savage Arms) 120a's and a STEVENS 66B. They are some of the confiscated rifles ODNR sold to our LGS If you cant tell, their in bad shape and missing parts but salvageable. I will be cleaning up and repairing them for some Boy Scouts to earn their Rifle Merit Badge.
