It's a .300wm. The build process has been documented in the build section if you'd like full details.

As for the stock, I'm 99% sure that it's a Boyd's Heritage Stock (or some variation thereof). I bought it second hand on here, however, and there aren't any markings on it so I can't say for certain. It's definitely their pepper laminate finish, and it certainly looks like the Heritage in all the pictures I've been able to find, but I can't say for certain. It's been cut and inletted and stained and finished probably 10 times over at this point, but I'm super happy with the fit and finish of it. Again, if you'd like more details, check out my build thread 'Couple of ELR builds.'

    Here's my ARC M5 redone in a McMillan A5.

Swapped from the XLR Element Chassis to the A5 and upgraded to a Timney Calvin Elite 2 stages with an 8oz first and 1lb 2nd stage.
Still running 243Win, but went back to the 115DTACs at 3015fps they stomp the AMAXs in the wind.

I took a 4th place finish in the local SoCal Precision Rifle Team Match over the weekend with it. A few things were learned and will be applied in the future to clean up a few more points. I walked away with a new hat though lol!

17lbs 2oz unloaded. It's actually a 1/2lb lighter than it was in the Element Chassis.

Unfortunately no. Do to a pending move to the East Coast this summer I probably won't get to shoot any more big matches until next year. Once I get set up in NC though I should be able to get more involved than I have been out here.

The newest member to my savage family. Its a savage 111 action with tactical bolt handle mated to a Mcree Chassis supported on a harris bipod. Caliber is a 300 Win mag spiraling thru a Shilen Match 26" barrel threaded and ready for my Silencer tech Suppressor. The backend is a Magpul PRS folding butt stock with an accushot monopod. The glass is a Vortex Viper 6x24x50 Mildot reticle held by Seekins Precision rings on a magnum 20moa EGW rail.

Savage 10 FCP-HS / CDI bottom metal with AI mags / Leupold Mark 4 E/RT 8.5-25x 50mm / Warne steel rings and base / Bradley cheek rest / Atlas PSR bipod

First 3 shot group at 300 yards (Fed GMM 168 SMK)

Load development at 100 yards (3 shot groups) I thought they may be flukes but confirmed them in all three rounds at sub 1/4 moa. Original measurements done at the range with a ruler, corrected later at home with calipers. Varget and H4895 were sub 1/2 moa no better than factory GMM.

    remeasured with calipers at .190"

    remeasures with calipers at .150"

    Cheers,
    Bobby

Outstanding! Beautiful looking rifle and bench!

Though I must point out that I believe your bipod is on backwards good sir. Unless of course that's the way you wanted it, even though Harris' weren't meant to be put on backwards. With Atlas it doesn't really matter because the legs can be pinned both ways - just comes down to personal preference. But the Harris legs only retract one way.

Looks like 1 inch given the group size and range. But that's guessing.

Thanks. I need to bed the recoil lug area on the B&C and lighten the accutrigger a bit.

Anyone have an opinion on bedding the B&C? The recoil recess is much larger than the stock accustock lug.The lug is making contact with the rear of the recess only.
