    Winchester white box 150g .308

Does any body have experience with these? There the pointed soft points. There about the only sub $30 ammo I can find right now and I'm picking my gun up Friday and want to break it in this weekend. Is the brass just as reloadable as buying Winchester brass ? How does it shoot? How do y'all think it would do on pigs and coyote?

    Thanks

I shot a couple boxes through at the range to break in a new barrel and semi-zero my scope. It isn't the most accurate stuff out there. But to hunt with inside of 300 yards, it will do the job. It grouped on average about 2", but that could have been me with a new gun too. I do not know about reloading, I'd say once fired Winchester brass is good for your needs.

Good deal, that is what I was hoping for! I just can't swallow $35 for blackhills when I know I can load close enough to BH for $0.60~

If budget ammo that's gonna take your game out is your goal--you should be able to find remmy core lokt for 20 bucks a box or less--though I don't hunt coyote or boars and that might be a bit overkill. Good ammo is like a good scope--you're rifle will shoot better and in the long run you'll save on ammo costs by not wasting as much to get a good grouping, IMO.

It reloads fine for generic use. As does Winchester and Federal.
I saw some Federal .308 at Wally World today for $16.97/ box.
