10 precision carbine magazine question??

Hello all. I recently purchased a 10 precision carbine in .308 with the detachable mag. I am a little low on cash and was wondering if there were any other lower cost alternatives to getting a 10 round mag. I read a few posts on here and looked at Darkeagles Mags they are great but pretty steep at $90 and they are on back order. Has anyone personally modified and existing mag or know someone else who has. I get several Magazine like Sportsmans Guide and Nanchez there are some affordable mags in there for other makes and model rifles. If anyone could help please do.

There are really not that many alternatives, unless you have some pretty good fab skills making your own will take time and money. You could have CDI install his bottom metal and then run AI mags but that is a lot more then 90 dollars. i believe SSS also has bottom metal and mags.
