1st buck with revolver and some Striker deer.

Shot the 8 point at 30 yards chasing a doe with the 44mag Mountain Gun. Since I sit on the ground I thought they were going to run me over as they came running out of a dense fog. Shot a 3 point, I thought was a doe, early at 60 yards with the 30 Bellm Striker. A doe at 200 yards with the Striker and a button buck at 50 yards. A very exciting deer season.

I did switch to 150 Sierra Game Kings in the Bellm this year and they worked great. Complete penetration on all 3 shot with it with no blown up bullets. Velocity is 2450fps. The 125gr BT I shot last year kept blowing apart into pieces in the deer and I was not satisfied.

Very nice.... Think I might break out the 7mm BR Encore Pistol next year for close in blind hunting. Still using my .338-06 for those 300 yard Kansas Deer.
