    Cleaning my stock

What's the best thing to clean the synthetic stock on my gun? First synthetic stock I have ever had.

I don't think I've ever cleaned mine, other than wiping it with a rag.
Soap and water will work, but if you wish to remove grease, Formula 409 is my go to cleaner that is not a solvent.
If there is any ferrous metal in your stock (pillars, etc...) use a hair drier to make sure all the moisture has evaporated so you don't start any rust.

(When I lived in Italy, my neighbors couldn't get over the cleaning power of my "Quattrocento Nove.")

A good coat of wax like Butchers or Minwax buffed heavily is what I use after wiping with a damp rag.
