Ace what are you trying to reload? What bullet?
Maybe a stupid question ? But does anyone know if it is possible to use
one or the other of these powders? Maybe I will have to call the manufactor.
I have 5 lbs of IMR 4350 and most of the loading call for HODGON-4350
Seems to me that there has got to be a way of using it...Either by increasing
or decreasing one or the other...

Gives data for both, in whatever caliber you want to use. Kind of a everyday link.

They are different
.223 Rem AI, .22-250 AI, .220 Swift AI .243 Win AI, .6mm Rem AI, .257 Rob AI, .25-06 AI, 6.5x300wsm .30-06 AI, .270 STW, 7mm STW, 28 nosler, .416 Taylor
I'm trying to find a slow powder for a 55 grain bullet in the 22-250..I see H 4350 used a lot..
I guess I will call them and see what they tellme...If I can use the IMR in place it would be great.
I hate to keep buying powder if I don't have to...I know I have converted some loads to use
in place of others with no effects of any...
Here's another everyday link: http://www.reloadbench.com/burn.html
I checked some manuals I have; Hornady Vol 11 Start 34.4 stop 39.9 =3700
Nosler #3, start 35 stop 39= 3610
Sierra start 37.2 stop 39.4=3500
This data for IMR4350. As always start low and work up. Luckus
ace, found this one listed with 55gr bullet.

went and got a pound of H4350----better safe than sorry...right?
They have very similar burn rates. As long as you start a couple grains from Max and work up you should be fine.
According to Bruce Hodgdon, 38.0 grains of H380 behind a 55gn bullet in the .22-250 is the only load that you'd ever need
