    700 yard group


    I was out verifying drop data today, and felt pretty good about it.



    This is from Big Piney Sportsmans Club range I was shooting at today. I love belly benchrest shooting.

    I make it out just a bit larger than 3". 260 Rem; 120Sierra HPBT; 45gr H4350; CCI BR2; OAL 2.760"; resized Hornady 243 brass. This was screaming a LOT faster than I had expected at 3150fps!!!

    700yds..... Is that the best you can do?...

    Geezzzz... I can throw a rock that far & do better.

    Looks real good sean. Very nicely done. I sure wish we had a range with 400 & 600 yd lines. The one range we do have you need to take out a mortgage to join. Our swamp in the next county works when the flat area isn't wet or occupied by gators.
