Hi MrFurious, I had almost exactly the same experience with a Stevens 200. Even after replacement of the trigger with a Basix, I had more side to side movement than I felt comfortable with. It was even more sensitive for me because I had reduced the heavy trigger pull. In my case I used a washer as a template and cut layers of tin foil to the correct size and thickness. Then I used half of them on one side of the trigger and the same on the other side. So far so good, and I am able to maintain a consistant 2 lb trigger pull as well. Good idea..... Good catch.....
