Did it really go BANG? Or did it just click? Without pulling the blade back it will only drop in the safety notch.
My Accu Trigger 12fv passes the drop test for not firing while the safety is off, but I can pull the trigger (minus the sear safety blade) and it will fire. The trigger is not pulled left or right.
Adjust the weight on the trigger? Clockwise or counterclockwise?

After digging into it, the blade works. No matter how tight I wind up the trigger weight, the trigger will trip if i pull the trigger minus the blade sitting at its resting position. The blade stops the firing sequence. Is this normal?
Yes. If the blade isn't depressed it prevents the sear from dropping all the way which in turn doesn't allow the firing pin tip to exit the boltface and impact a primer.
