The ammunition is made in Korea, as a WAG China comes to mind for cheap brass.

PMC according to their website, has joined forces with Poongsan Corp. and bought from them since the beginning. Poongsan buys(at least in part), from PMX Industries. PMX has plants in Iowa, and Korea.
