Ream out/ re-cut freebore in chambererd barrel?

Suppose you have a pre-chambered barrel, get it installed, headspaced and all ready to go and then realize the freebore isn't as long as you would like. Is it a pretty simple matter to unscrew it and have the freebore reidone?

Are you referring to freebore as is common in Weatherby chambers or are you referring to the leade/throat?

Only problem with going long is you can't go back! Shoot lighter bullets. The throat will get longer, sometimes sooner that you want.
