What Bullet Weight Does Your Savage Prefer?

I'm finding my Savage BTVS shoots better with 36gn ammunition than with 40gn.

I'm wondering what you Savage owners have found in regard to this.

mine like the 40 gr wolf match target, or 40 gr sk, or 40 gr Lapua.

For standard velocity target ammo the 40gr stuff works well. For the CCI Minimags, the 36gr is best.
