    Striker Scope

Anyone tried the new Nikon 4 X 8 pistol scope? What else in variable power should I shop for a .243 striker?

Saw some short carbine scopes that looked like they would work, on the lower end was the Burris, think it was a dawn to dusk, about $110.

Right now the favorite pistol scope is the Burris, 3 X 12. Available in several configurations including Mil Dot.

Personally, I shoot riflescopes. Just be careful where you line up.

I used the Leupold 6.5-20 on my .243 with good results,

    I wouldn't go above .243 without a brake though!

It's better to shoot for the moon and hit the fencepost than to shoot for the fencepost and hit the ground!
