    16" Pre-fit, threaded 5/8"-24 with Shoulder?

Does anyone offer a 16" Savage pre-fit barrel in a medium contour, threaded 5/8"-24, with a shoulder at the threads larger than the barrel diameter? Either .260 or .308.

McGowan has a deal for savage pre-fits to fit the Striker.

    Try them.

Thanks. Their website didn't say anything about custom orders and that pic wasn't the caliber I wanted. I sent them an email.

I drew that barrel diagram specifically for ER Shaw to make the Sporter 300 Blackout barrels. They will have the contour programed so they could possibly turn other barrels to that same specification. But based on their current production backlog, I wouldn't be looking for anything in other calibers too soon.

I guess you could always re-chamber a 300 Blackout to 308, but then again it would have a 1-8 twist. I'm not sure how well that will do on a 308.

I guess not. Gun Shack replied today that they do not offer a barrel with those specs other than in 300 Blackout.

Looks easy enough.....Stainless or CM, twist rate any other info that maybe handy would help also.....medium contour, what diameter are we talking?

I MIGHT be able to help, don't know yet for sure though.

I was referring to ER Shaw. I didnt know that Lance drew the barrel diagram. I thought they might have gotten it from Shaw. Gunshack does post here under the name 260 Rem. Check the post right above your last post.

    Good luck!
