Savage 111 long range hunter brake ?

I would like to know what thread is on the 338 Lapua. I have tried to search here to find it but no luck. I am trying to add a bloop tube to it and would like to change the brake before doing so. Also how does the brake come off and how is it indexed ? Any help would be great.

    5/8 x 28 is a common tread for barrels.
You can get a tread pitch gauge from your local industrial supplier. Or you can order one on line from MSC supply(manhattan supply co.) or Mcmaster Carr, or Graingers.
    Best regards,
