You could learn a lot and do yourself a favor, by getting wrench and barrel vise ( wood jaws in bench vise) and do the swap yourself. Plenty of information on internet. If you are reloading, headspace to your full length resized brass, or to new factory brass if that's all you shoot No gauges are really needed. Be sure to remove ejector and firing pin when gauging, and remember when barrel nut is tightened, HS will change slightly. You want bolt to just close on case with very slight drag without crushing it at all. It's not rocket science. First barrel removal, heat nut area with propane torch until just hot to touch.
