are there replacement stocks that will fit on the centerfeed long actions? if it is a head ache i may have to try to find anolder round back long action to use for my build i guess.

If you build with the intention of shooting single shot, a SSS single shot follower snaps into the bottom of the centerfeed action. With a single shot set up you can use any long action stock for a build.

I guess I should have said any 110 center feed stock will work. Unless you do the single feed option, I never knew about that. I love this forum. So much good info.
arent the long action centerfeed stocks what are hard to find for aftermarket stocks?
are the stevens model 200's center or staggerfeeds?
The long actions are the same. The one you bought is advertised as a stagger feed.

ok thats good i thought for some reason that the stevens were centerfeed, but then today i seen that this one was not so i got confused on the la's i am glad to hear staggerfeed easier for the replacement of stocks
am kind of thinking another choate since this gun will have a 30 " barrel it already wont be a hiking or walking around the woods gun, but i could use it for open country deer or antelope if i ever get the chance to chace them goats.
