I would call midway and send it back.I would look for an original on the classifieds. Maybe someone else can explain why it doesnt fit ,unless you have an orphan stock found only on some oddball stevens, but I doubt it.
Bought a Stevens 200 project gun a while back, ordered some parts, and am finally trying to put it all together. I bought the Savage steel trigger guard from Midway. Says it is Trigger Guard Savage 10 through 16, 110 through 116 Steel Matte. Part number is either 119847 or 105417. It looks to be a 1/4" longer than the plastic Stevens 200 trigger guard, and the screw holes do not match the drilled holes on the factory stock or the Revolution Heritage Stock that I got as a replacement. Is there not a steel trigger guard that matches up the the Stevens 200 LA holes? Am I missing something? Thanks in advance.
Here's the part that I bought:

Willing to give back for what the sport has done for me!
Savage has a bunch of differnt trigger guards, and getting the right one can be a chore.
This is a problem at midway. Same thing happened to me a year ago. They have a glitch in their system and can't fix it. The part number is correct but it is packaged wrong. Your trigger guard is for a model 93 i believe. Call customer service and tell them. They will send you a new one free. It might take them two or three times.
