Package gun mounts?

I just bought a new scope (Elite 4200 3-9x40) to replace the Simmons that came on the package gun (10FXP) I bought for a build. Are the rings and bases on these packages serviceable or should I upgrade them while I am at it? What brand are they?

The bases are fine. The rings are adequate.
